Mediation is a confidential, effective and cost-efficient process of alternative dispute resolution for addressing workplace disputes, including employment claims. Hsu & Associates LLC principal, Vivian Hsu, is a trained Mediator and longtime ADR advocate. Her approach is sensitive to the concerns and interests of both parties. 

As a Mediator, Vivian guides and facilitates conversation to assist parties in identifying their needs and interests and possible solutions for an effective resolution. The goal is to help the parties reach a settlement which the parties consider reasonable under the circumstances. In her role as a mediator, Vivian Hsu does not represent a party and does not provide legal counsel or advice. All decisions are made by the parties themselves through a confidential proceeding that is designed to encourage and protect the candid exchange of information and ideas to achieve a resolution.
